RGS Consultant is a privately owned professional company mainly focused on geological consulting that provides a wide range of geological services to the exploration (green field and Brown field) and mining industries. RGS CONSULTANT brings together individuals with broad experience for all the aforesaid services.

Managing Director and Resource Geologist
Mabidi Rofhiwa Stanley
The co-founder of RESOURCE GEO SERVICES CONSULTANTS Company is a qualified/competent geologist with a BSc (Hons, Geology) and post GDE (Mining Engineering). The director has more than 13 years’ experience in Exploration (brown field and green field) and Operational mines. The Co-founder also has experience in geological and geostatistical modelling, exploration and mining geology in Coal, Chrome, Platinum, Iron Ore, Gold and Manganese. The Company Director has advanced knowledge in Mineral Resource Estimation and have been involved in compilation of numerous Mineral Resource reports in accordance with the requirements of the various regulatory requirements or codes (SAMREC, JORC). He has experience in database management and quality control implementation and in addition to that, worked as a Resource Geologist Manager, Geologist Manager for underground and surface drill exploration.
Mr Mabidi has extensive experience working in exploration project and mining project which includes Ngwenda coal resources, Inkamva exploration company, Riversdale Holdings, Rio tinto and Menar Holding and has worked in the department of Mineral Resources as a Mine Economist.
Consultant Geologist
Mr Kevin is a well known geologist with extensive(56) experience working in the mining industry and as a geologist on both green fields and brown field exploration. He is a competent registered geologist with the high Professional body govern geological field (SACNASP). In his career path he worked as a junior geologist, Senior Geologist up until he become independent geologist. Mr Kevin has advanced knowledge in mineral resource reports in accordance with the requirements of the various regulatory requirements or codes(SAMREC,JORC).
Geotechnical ENGINEER
Mrs Gumbi Nomcebo is a qualified surveyor holding a Btech in geology from University of Johannesburg. She has four year experience working as Geotechinal Engineer on varies commodities in mines and on road construction.
Senior Surveyor
Mr Mphahlele is a qualified surveyor holding a National Diploma in Mine Surveying and Remote pilot Licence from University of Johannesburg. He has four year Surveying experience from gold and coal mine.
